Rating free trade
Since 2008 published the report of the WEF on the status and promotion of world trade. Part of the report is a ranking of countries on the ease of movement of goods and investments across borders. According to a report in 2009 first place in the list of 121 countries shared Singapore and the special administrative region of China, Hong Kong. The latter took place in the rating of Venezuela, Cote d'Ivoire and Chad. Russia ranked 109 th by a combined indicator and 113th on the availability of external and internal markets.
